UBCO Electric Bikes x Portland Trailblazers
Project Case Study
UBCO Electric Bikes was looking to build retail hubs for customers to do test rides and check out gear, but they had some requirements: it needed to function as a retail space, a mobile display and a repair shop. It also needed to comply with local code.
The solution
Working with UBCO’s design team, we came up with a design utilizing a 40-foot high cube container with a 15-foot hydraulic powered flip up awning that would both extend the floor space and provide cover from Portland’s wet weather. We added a drop ceiling with integrated LED lighting that would extend onto the awning to create a seamless experience.
Partnering with the Portland Trailblazers, UBCO successfully deployed their first retail hub outside the Moda Center in Portland.
